Because without generations of immigrants bringing their food, cultures, traditions, and fire to this country, American food would be a whole lot less interesting.

We're from Minnesota.
A place made richer by generations of people arriving from all over the world, bringing their recipes, their traditions, their families, and their dreams.
We've also witnessed what happens when fear comes knocking. When immigration enforcement descends on our communities. When neighbors are treated as strangers and families are forced to live in uncertainty.
We know which side of the table we're on.
The side with more chairs.
The side where everyone brings something.
The side where the food is extraordinary because the people around it come from everywhere.
This is the melting pot.

Through the Mr. Fuzz's Melting Pot Program, we've supported three organizations working to defend immigrant rights, protect families, and help people build their lives in the United States.
IMMIGRANT LAW CENTER OF MINNESOTA
Defending our neighbors right here in Minnesota through immigration legal representation, education, and advocacy.
Challenging unjust deportations, defending immigrant communities, and protecting people caught in the immigration and criminal legal systems.
ACLU IMMIGRANTS' RIGHTS PROJECT
Fighting to uphold the civil rights and constitutional protections of immigrants through litigation, advocacy, and public education.
Human dignity is not negotiable.

We wouldn't have fiery food as we know if it wasn't for our vibrant community of immigrants from all over the world!
